I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Brian Shadduck at Audi Cherry Hill and wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and ease to work with throughout the process. I also interacted with Pete Sapienza from the finance department, who provided helpful information regarding a tire protection package I was considering. Although I initially opted to purchase it, Pete mentioned I had a 60-day window to request a refund if needed. After some additional research, I realized the package overlapped with my regular insurance coverage and decided to request a refund. While the process took some time, Pete and Brian assisted in ensuring the refund was completed.
