I would not hesitate one second to use them again or refer them to someone who needs support for themselves or a loved one. They were very instrumental in assisting my family during a time of great crisis. They were efficient, professional and caring. They assembled a care team, listened to my concerns, respected my needs and and followed up. They handled all of the FICA, insurance and workers comp. and billed exactly as expected. The caregiver showed up on time and quickly integrated with their clients. Home health care isn't cheap but when you realize that you are not paying for a single person, but an entire back office you quickly realize the value added.
